Physicians
You have enough on your plate.
Insurance does not need to be one more thing.
Between patients, call, family, and everything waiting at home, insurance is easy to push down the list. We help you sort out what you need, handle the details, and keep it from becoming another project.

Why this gets complicated
Why can insurance feel so scattered for physicians?
Most physicians do not sit down one day and build an insurance plan from scratch. A car gets added during training. A home purchase comes with a deadline. Marriage, children, a move, a new job, or a practice buy-in adds another decision. Before long, everything was handled at a different time by a different person.
We bring those pieces into one conversation, figure out what still fits, and take care of the legwork. You get a clear explanation and a shorter list of decisions, not another subject to study after work.
One place to start
Where can we make life easier?
You should not need one conversation for the house, another for the cars, and a third when work changes. We can start with the whole picture, separate what needs to stay separate, and keep the next steps organized for you.
The goal is simple: fewer loose ends and one advisor who knows what is going on.
- 01 · Household
Your household, handled together
Home, cars, drivers, and everyday life reviewed in one place instead of one renewal at a time.
Personal insurance - 02 · Liability
More room when an accident gets serious
An extra layer of protection for the kind of claim that can grow beyond ordinary limits.
Umbrella insurance - 03 · Family
A plan your family understands
Make the hard decisions now, then leave the people you love a plan they can actually follow.
Life insurance - 04 · Ownership
Help when you own the practice too
Keep the business side coordinated without mixing it into the coverage meant for home.
Healthcare insurance
How we make it easier
What is it like to work with us?
We keep the process focused. You give us the context, we do the homework, and then we walk you through the choices that actually matter. If something involves the practice or another adviser, we help keep the right people in the loop.
- 01 · One conversation
Tell us what life looks like
We learn what is changing, what is already handled, and what has been sitting on your list.
- 02 · The homework
Let us sort through the details
We compare the options, catch the differences, and narrow the conversation to the decisions worth your time.
- 03 · Follow-through
Keep the next steps moving
We tell you what we need, stay on top of the moving pieces, and remain your first call when something changes.
Questions physicians ask us
Do I need to own a practice to work with Heritage?
No. We work with employed physicians, new attendings, partners, and practice owners. You may need help organizing the personal side, preparing for a move, adding protection as your family grows, or bringing a new practice into the picture. We start with what is happening in your life now.
What insurance can Heritage help a physician with?
We can help with home, auto, umbrella, life, and other personal insurance. If you own or are buying into a practice, our healthcare work can cover the business side too. The goal is to give you one place to start, even when more than one kind of insurance is involved.
Can you review everything at the same time?
Yes. Your home, vehicles, family, and practice may need different policies, but you should not have to explain your life from scratch four different times. We can look at the pieces together, sort out what belongs where, and give you a clear list of decisions instead of a stack of disconnected quotes.
Will this take a lot of my time?
We work hard to keep it focused. We learn what is going on, tell you exactly what we need, do the comparison work, and come back with the choices that deserve your attention. You will still make the decisions, but you should not have to manage every detail to get there.
Let us take insurance off your list.
Give us one focused conversation. We will do the homework, explain what matters, and keep the next steps moving.
